We help consumers compare available service options and may assist with enrollment. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use the Site or submit information through it.
3. No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing
All plans, prices, speeds, and promotions referenced on the Site are set by the respective providers, are subject to change without notice, and may not be available at all addresses. Promotional rates may require AutoPay enrollment, may exclude taxes, fees, and equipment charges, and typically revert to standard rates after the promotional period. Final pricing, terms, and availability are confirmed by the provider before any order is placed.
4. Consent to Communications
By submitting your contact information through the Site, you consent to receive marketing and transactional communications from P50 Digital LLC, including voice calls (which may use automated technology or prerecorded messages), SMS/text messages, and emails, as described at the point of submission and in our Privacy Policy. 9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, P50 DIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P50 Digital LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
